Our approach is to identify markets with compelling structural dynamics, source assets at disciplined entry points, and partner with the best local operators to execute. We do not rely on market drift. We build returns from the ground up.
Our current vehicle — the CHK Altius Fund — is focused on short-term rental real estate in Canmore, Alberta. But our framework is designed to scale across segments wherever the right conditions and the right operator relationships exist.
